Shipping Policy
We are a British company located in the UK, and we proudly ship to Europe with all duties included. This means that European customers will not have to pay additional customs duties or taxes upon delivery.
Europe-wide shipping with duties covered
We provide Europe-wide shipping with all duties covered. The shipping will take 6 to 10 days transit time.
At the present moment we serve the following markets: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovena, Spain, Sweden, Vatican City.
Shipping Zones & Rates
1. United Kingdom
We currently do not serve the UK market and we would like to provide some context regarding our decision.
Although we are a British company, when we launched, our primary aim was to source and offer rare, high-quality, imported products. However, after Brexit, our business faced significant challenges, as the new regulations and duties made it extremely difficult for us to continue selling abroad. This situation dramatically limited our sales opportunities and impacted our ability to sustain the business in its original form.
Given these challenges, we have strategically shifted our focus to the European market. Europe offers a broader customer base, which is essential for our survival as a small business. Unfortunately, continuing to import goods, paying duties, and then selling within the UK would lead to prohibitively high prices that most of our customers would find unfeasible.
As a result, we made the difficult decision to stop selling within the UK and concentrate our efforts on the European market. It's important to note that we are not producers, and many of the products we offer can still be found through other UK retailers.
2. Europe (Excluding Italy & UK)
· Standard International: 6 to 10 business days
o Orders €0 – €9.99 → £6.00
o Orders €10 – €49.99 → €12.00
o Orders €50.00 and up → FREE
3. Italy
· Standard Shipping: 6 to 10 business days
o Orders €0 – €9.99 → €5.00
o Orders €10 – €49.99 → €10.00
o Orders €50.00 and up → FREE
General Rules
If your delivery is subject to a delivery charge, it will be shown to you as a separate charge on the delivery confirmation page before you confirm your order.
Any delivery charge added to your order will be dependent upon, amongst other things, the value of your order, the date and time of your delivery, and your delivery address. Charges may vary from week to week.
If your order weighs more than 15kg, we reserve the right to contact you with a bespoke delivery charge.
Delivery will be made to the address specified by you during the order process on the website. You have the ability to change this address with each order through the website, and you must do so if you move home so that we can deliver to the correct address. We reserve the right to restrict deliveries in certain areas, and this includes the right to eliminate certain areas from our delivery schedule altogether.
Order Processing & Availability
· Orders are processed within 4-5 business days before shipment.
· Delivery times may vary based on location and carrier logistics.
· Products are subject to availability and prevailing market conditions. We may limit the quantities of goods (particularly goods on special offer) supplied to any one customer if, in our opinion, the quantity ordered jeopardises availability for other customers.
Incorrect or Incomplete Orders
· If the goods delivered to you are incomplete or include incorrect goods, you must notify us promptly. You will be refunded for any incorrect goods or goods that you have not received.
· In any event, our liability will be limited to the price of the goods not delivered or incorrectly delivered and the cost of delivery.
Safe Place Instructions
· If you instruct us to leave a delivery unattended at your address, we expressly disclaim all liability which may arise by virtue of the delivery being left unattended. This includes but is not limited to theft, tampering, contamination, and the result of any change in temperature.
Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances
· Adverse weather conditions or other events outside of our reasonable control may result in the occasional late or canceled delivery. If that is the case, we will endeavour to contact you as soon as possible to reschedule your delivery time and date.
· In any event, our liability to you will be limited to the price of goods not delivered and the cost of delivery.
