We are confident that you will be delighted with your order and amazed with your online-shop experience. However, we understand that there may be occasions where you may want to return items or that a parcel arrives damaged or faulty.

We offer a full refund or exchange policy.

Damaged Products Return

Although we make every effort to deliver your items in perfect condition, if you do receive any that are damaged or faulty then please contact us within 24 hours of receipt and we will happily organise an exchange or refund at our cost. Please keep your order invoice, and take photos of the products for our reference. When requesting a refund via email please attach photos and a reference for your invoice order.

Please also include your order number inside the box when returning by post.

As soon as your request is received we will provide the return address and any further information. Once we have received the items, please allow us between 5-7 working days for your refund or shipping of a new item to be processed.

 

30 Day Returns

If you decide you don't want any items in your order you can return them to us within 30 days and we will refund for the item. Items must be returned in original, unused and saleable condition. We regret we cannot offer refunds on opened goods. Please package delicate items carefully. Once we have received the items, please allow between 5-7 working days for your refund.

You will be responsible for the cost of return if the item it is not faulty.

Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
