The Kantha Aura Necklace features four colorful strands of repurposed Kantha textile beads embellished with three sets of gold-toned brass beads. Each piece is made from recycled Kantha textiles, so colors and patterns are all one-of-a-kind and will vary. Measures 17" long at the shortest strand with 2" extender.
Kantha quilts are a traditional textile found in abundance in India. Artisans transform the fabric scraps into beads for jewelry, which provides new life to a textile that is often discarded.
Each Kantha bead has a base made of wood, carved out of scraps gathered from a local furniture factory.

The use of repurposed materials and methods of waste reduction help keep WorldFinds environmental impact low. By handcrafting our products, they use less energy and water, and produce less pollution.
