A tasty recipe dedicated to aperitif time, bruschettas and first courses.
Perfect as a pasta sauce. Serves three people.
Ingredients: Sunflower oil, dried tomatoes (tomatoes: Italian origin, salt) 15%, pine nuts, “Parmigiano Reggiano DOP” cheese (milk, salt, rennet), basil, summer truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt.) 4.5%, salt, spices, flavor.
